A hidden gem in a fantastic location, we were only in Milan for 2 days but it was an extremely pleasant experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and was very accommodating for our late check-in from a delayed flight (9:30 pm), and he also gave great recommendations for stuff to do in Milan. Room was unique, they're decorated with antique furniture and old painting There's a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area and it's located very close to public transport that leads right to the core. Would recommend highly.

This boutique hotel has a historic feel. Each room is adorned is vintage art. The staff is helpful and welcomed us with a warm smile. The bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable. The walls are thin though and we could hear our neighbors enter/exit their rooms.

Absolutely fantastic stay, Would 100% recommend. Great location only two minutes from P. Venetia metro, in a very nice area with plenty of coffee shops. We absolutely LOVED our stay and we’re so happy with the room!! The owner is the friendliest gentleman with superb English, made us feel very welcome, recommended places to eat and guided us to the Navigli area which was fantastic for nightlife - we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Milan or a better B&B. Owner was very accommodating when we checked out at 8am and realised we’d left items in our room - he came down and met us instantly with a big smile. Overall a fantastic, historic, unique building in a very safe neighbourhood. Will be back when we visit Milan again. Thank you!!!

the owner gave us a very clear explanation of what to do and in what order to avoid losing time, plus, he recomended us two town areas that are not usually finda on “things to do in milan” and the places were very cool, breakfast is very good

I can repeat everything to the letter that was said about this place 4 years ago in few reviews .I should have believed them . Same unpleasant russian lady at breakfast. Tiny tiny room like a monk cell with bad smell and tiny windows for very high price. Owner was trying to tell me a fairytale in how its not him who put such price but hotel.com .Seeing how disappointed Iam wouldn't give me refund and I was forced to stay in that pathetic little closet. Bathroom is ridiculous. I had 2 bruises after using it. You have to climb on bide which is so close to sink . That's how I got my bruises. Shower is same small something in a corner. It opens toward toilet..you have to be very creative to navigate in that weird bathroom . If you are a tall person or a bit on heavy side be aware . Owner was repeatedly told by numerous guests and in reviews about TV. I asked a girl he uses for greeting guests at night to call him and ask to help me with Tv..and she told him how this situation is ridiculous as all guests always have problem with it. There are instructions but they dont help when wrong button is pressed. And then there is noone there to help you as they leave at 1 pm. . Which would be fine If everything was in working order. I had to ask direction from a fellow in a business across from hotel and he said guests are always asking him to help how to get to this or that place. So if you think you are paying extra for something luxury..think again. Nothing is luxury here ..not bedding ..not towels ..or toiletries ..or furniture or breakfast. Everything is simple and budget oriented. On a plus size...location is really nice. Place is quiet . I think thats about all I can say good about this bnb. For Same money I could get a decent hotel in the area with 24 hours front desk and a normal size room . In my opinion a roomthis size shouldn't be used for humans . .
